Where are the orders I sent to Dri Mark prior to the merger?
Many orders have been produced & shipped depending on instructions on the order.  All remaining orders will be shipped from Beacon if ordered in the US, or DezineCorp if ordered in Canada

You may inquire about specific orders by contacting in the US orders@beaconpromotions.com or in Canada at promoart@dezinecorp.com.

Will Beacon & DezineCorp provide all of Dri Mark’s products?
Unfortunately Beacon & DezineCorp cannot retain all Dri Mark Products.  Both Beacon & DezineCorp have produced new catalogs reflecting these changes, and all products carried by Beacon & DezineCorp can be found on their websites:

www.dezinecorp.com for Canadian distributors

Will my artwork be forwarded to Beacon for future orders?
Beacon & DezineCorp will have art files for orders placed in 2009 & 2010.  Please send any new art to art@beaconpromotions.com for US orders
promoart@dezinecorp.com for Canadian orders

What about promotions offered by Dri Mark?
All existing offers will expire immediately.
Beacon:  Look for Dri Mark products in their New “2 for 1” &  “Under $1.00 Promotions” mailed in mid- December.  Watch for these & other promotions at www.beaconpromotions.com

Where do we order samples?   When will they be available?
US:  orders@beaconpromotions.com Samples with individual net price of less than$4.00  EQP are free, provided you include a shipper number.

Canada:  promoart@dezinecorp.com  Samples with individual net price of less than$10.00  EQP are free, provided you include a shipper number.

Will lead times on orders change?
Beacon will continue with a 5 day production for US if orders are sent to orders@beaconpromotions.com. Contact DezineCorp at 866.625.7820 for information. Orders may be delayed if orders are sent to Dri Mark Products.

Will item numbers stay the same?
Please refer to:

When will websites for Dri Mark and Beacon reflect these new changes?
Wednesday, December 8th  for both Beacon Promotions & DezineCorp.  End of January 2011 for all other on-line databases such as ESP, Sage &Promocan.

Who should I contact regarding past and future programs using Dri Mark products?  Are quotes I received this year still applicable?

Will Dri Mark still provide all of Zebra’s products?
Yes, until December 31, 2010
Will my artwork be forwarded to Gemline for future orders?
Yes, Gemline will be able to access previous artwork.  Artwork is on file for 24 months.

What about promotions offered by Dri Mark for Zebra products?
All promotions will end with DM at the end of the year.  Contact Gemline for current & future  promotions

Where do we place orders?   When will they be available?
Orders should be placed with Dri Mark until December 31, 2010

Will lead times on orders change? 
Gemline LEADTIME 5-7 days on 1-color up to 10K pieces,  or 5 days after proof, if proof is requested.

When will websites for Dri Mark and Gemline reflect these new changes?
Dec 6th , Dri Mar will be closing down the promotional products  section on their website.  Please refer to your catalog for the remainder of the year.

Where are the orders I sent to Dri Mark prior to this merger?
Dri Mark will ship all orders in house through Dec. 31st.  Orders received after 1/1/11 will be filled by Gemline.

Do ASI, ESP, SAGE, and Distributor Central product databases reflect accurate information?
Gemline will be responsible for updating these sites as of January 1, 2011

What price increases can I anticipate if I have an ongoing program?
MUST BE RENEGOTIATED

Who should I contact about previous orders once this transition takes place?
