Dri Mark® reserves the right to delay or reject any order based on quality of artwork received. We recommend camera-ready or digitally produced art. Dri Mark® can typeset and do light retouching at no extra cost. For highest quality imprints, it is important to submit artwork correctly. Black & white line art is required for all imprints. Production time will not begin until both order and artwork are received.

CAMERA-READY ART

For best quality please supply a laser print with a 1200 dpi resolution.
  • Black & white line art is recommended for best quality imprint.
  • For multi-color imprints, please separate each color, add register marks,and supply a composite color print.
  • We will accept logos on letterheads and business cards if they are on aflat surface only. NOTE: These usually require touching up and your order could be delayed.
  • DO NOT USE: Faxes, copies that are blurred, or raised surfaces.

DIGITAL ART:

Also called electronic art and can be sent on a CD-ROM or by email. If art is being emailed, company name, purchase order # and Item # must be included.

EMAIL ART:

Send art to art@drimark.com. Emailed art MUST INCLUDE the following: Company Name, Purchase Order Number, Item Number, Imprint Color
  • For best results, create vector art in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw and save as an EPS (encapsulated postscript file).
  • Convert fonts to curves in Corel Draw and to outlines in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Include all files that have been placed, embedded, nested or imported into your art.
  • STAY AWAY FROM any files with a resolution of 300 dpi or less.
  • Images which are scanned should be done so as line art with a resolution of 1200 dpi. Save this file as a TIF file.
  • We will accept halftones in a vector format with a linescreen up to 75 dots per square inch.

ARTWORK STANDARDS:

  • We require fronts to be not less than 6 points.
  • Ruled lines to be not less that 5 points.
  • Type will be re-set if necessary.
  • Dri Mark® reserves the right to modify art if not up to these standards.

  • Please specify fonts, point sizes and upper/lower case as shown:

    ABC Company (Times Bold, 11 pt. Upper/lower case)
    100 Advertising Drive (Times Regular, 9 pt. Upper/lower case)
    Marketing, PA 12345 (Times Regular, 9 pt. Upper/lower case)
    (555) 555-1234 (Times Bold, 10 pt.)

  • If you do not specify fonts and sizes, we will type set copy using our best judgment for most attractive appearance.

    NOTE: Script fonts read best in upper and lower case.
