PRODUCTION TIME:

Production time begins upon receipt of complete purchase order and usable artwork.
Standard Production Time: Please allow 5 full business days for catalog quantity orders - subject to stock availability. Contact factory for rush service availability and above catalog quantity pricing and production time.
Rush Service: Call factory for rush service. We will do our best toaccommodate your rush needs. See page 191 for products that are available.

ORDERING REQUIREMENTS:

Purchase orders must include the following information: Customer name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, item number and name, quantity, unit price, item color, imprint color(s), ship to address, ship method, ship date and in hand date. Fax, email and product proofs are not available on rush service. If requested, production time will begin after approval of all proofs. Complete order and usable artwork must be received by 10:00am (Eastern). If received later, production time begins the next day.

Please note, Dri Mark may choose to send a proof when not requested at no additional charge. *Art (email) proofs: $10.00(g). Please provide an email address for proofs. *Product Proofs: $45.00(g) per color/per location. Please provide a ship to address and shipping instructions for your product proof. *Spec Samples: Contact Factory Pricing: Please be sure to include pricing on your purchase order. If pricing is not shown our standard catalog pricing will apply. We are not responsible for incorrect pricing, or any other incorrect information found on 3rd party websites.

IMPRINT CHARGES:

*Screen Charge: $45.00(g) per color, per location except where noted otherwise. *Repeat Set Up Charge: $20.00(g) per color, per location. Must be exact repeat - same exact item and imprint. No changes. *Additional Imprint Color(s)/Location(s): Add $.15(g) running charge per additional color, per location, unless otherwise indicated on product catalog page. *PMS Match Charge: Choose from our standard imprint colors on page 134 or specify a PMS color for $30.00(g) (per non stock color). Please note, PMS colors may not be an exact match on colored or clear items. If a PMS number is not specified on your order we will use one of our stock PMS colors. *Imprint Color Change: $25.00(g) per imprint color change. Minimum per color change must be the minimum catalog quantity listed. *Copy Change: $45.00(g) per copy change. Minimum per copy change must be the minimum catalog quantity listed. Applies to new and repeat orders. *Type Change: If a film or screen has been produced exactly as requested and a change is made after the film production, a type change charge of $12.00(g) will be applied.

NON IMPRINTED ORDERS:

Blank merchandise will be billed at next quantity price. Catalog minimums do apply.

LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS:

$50.00(g). Absolute minimum order must be at least half of the listed catalog minimum. For example: 500 minimum on an item may be purchased at 250. Item will be billed at 500 piece price.

OVER/UNDER:

Unless otherwise indicated on your purchase order, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity requested. Exact Quantity requests must be marked clearly on the purchase order.

EXACT QUANTITY REQUEST:

Exact quantity will be shipped at no charge only if specified on the purchase order.

CHANGES TO ORDERS/CANCELLATIONS:

Orders can not be changed 24 hours after receipt of completed order. We will do our best to accommodate special requests. Charges may apply.

SHIPPING:

*FOB: Port Washington, NY 11050 *Ship Method: We ship all orders via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested on your purchase order. If another carrier is requested, a third party account number must be provided on your purchase order. Third party shipments to Canada may not be available. Please contact factory for details. *Drop Shipment: $10.00(g) for each additional drop ship address after the first location. Drop ship quantity must be the minimum catalog quantity. Address labels with quantities are required for 5 or more drop ship locations. Contact factory for drop shipment requirements for above catalog quantity orders. *C.O.D. Shipment: Not available.

CANADIAN ORDERS:

PRICES INCLUDE FREIGHT FROM PORT WASHINGTON, NY TO OAKVILLE, ON: DUTY (WHERE APPLICABLE): CUSTOMS AND BROKERAGE.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

*F.O.B.: Oakville, ON L6H 6H1 *Courier: All orders are now shipped UPS from Oakville, ON unless specified otherwise. Overnight rush orders and any other requested shipping methods are shipped F.O.B. Port Washington, NY 11050. Customs, brokerage and duty will apply.

SAMPLE REQUESTS:

Randomly imprinted samples are available upon request and are shipped via US Mail. Please email your sample request to samples@drimark.com. We normally ship sample orders within 24 hours of receipt. If expedited freight or a tracking number is required please provide a third party account number along with the carrier and ship method of your choice. Blank samples are not available.

*Terms: Net 30 for established customers in good standing. *New Accounts: Credit references and prepayment are required for all first time orders.
