IN MEMORIAM

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the untimely passing of two of our cherished colleagues
and friends, Ike Haas and Jim Marsh.

DWIGHT “IKE” HAAS 08/15/55 – 03/06/2016
Ike was an extraordinary man and valued sales manager for our Security Division. He along with his
business partner, Mark Dobbs, grew our Security business nationwide and developed new business
opportunities, opening doors in the restaurant, drug store, and nightclub and bar industries. Ike had a
unique gift for turning prospects into clients, and ultimately into close friends. He was a bright, kind,
funny guy and a wicked story teller whose smile truly lit up a room.

JAMES MARSH 10/18/47 – 05/28/2016
Jim served on the Board of Dri Mark. His dedication and commitment to our overall business direction
has been a key part of our success and growth over the past eight years. Through his vision and strategic
planning, he paved the way for us to market and sell Dri Mark products in each of our business
segments. Jim was a generous, warm, engaging man who was as passionate about business as he was
with family and friends.

Needless to say, we will dearly miss these gentleman. Our heartfelt condolences go out to their families
and friends.
